I will most likely not be able to arrange the prize itself, but there
is a slot for your at the conference if you want it. As it takes time
to get nominations as well as deciding a winner, my idea was that we
announce the prize fairly early and thus help bring attention to it.
If you want me to show up at IRC, just say the word!
