[Fsfe-nordic] Nordic Free Software Award 2019?

Hi Johan,

sorry for the late reply. I probably cannot come there next year
personally to give the award so we should really get more people
interested in helping organizing this, and one person who would also
want physically come to give the award.

I don't know what else to do other than just wait and ask around if
there are people interested helping with organizing this. However, as we
noticed with the previous award the preparations need to be started
quite a lot of advance so if we want to target for foss-north 2019 some
action would need to happen quite soon.
