Good morning Fani,

Thank you for your reply.  We are in the earliest stages, and the 
discussions we may have remains informal for now.
As we did with Nico, we will keep you informed so that you can follow 
the discussions and supply us with your feedbacks if you wish to.  IMHO, 
it would be help full to have your's, and Nico's, support.  Thanks both 
of you for that.
