Hi Max,
thank you for your reply. I have forwarded this information to our IT
department, as we were wondering why this is the case with your unit. We
are thinking if it is better to mention somewhere inside Unit 5 that " All
images are licensed under CC0 ".
For ATL now the most important thing is that you test your unit according
to our test plan and send us your required suggestions for improvement.

the minutes-file from the telco on 12.03.2019 is now available in the
Keybase folder: K:\team\foss4smes\5. Meetings\Telcos
Here are some last points I want to mention (no time to discuss them
yesterday):
1. Progress Report: is due in March. Galia has sent us an e-mail on
12.03.19. Please remember to get back to her on this issue.
2. Stakeholders Matrix: Each partner should insert 25 entries in the table.
Because of the GDPR issue the column concerning name/ contact details
should be left empty. It can only be filled for the contacts we have their
consent, like the contacts coming from the newsletter subscriptions or the
survey participants. (see Dublin minutes for guidelines and what we agreed)
3. Concerning the 2nd newsletter, details on what to prepare are in the
minutes from the Dublin meeting. DIT and DLEARN can you please prepare a
text ASAP? This is urgent.
4. Regarding the poster, OFE (Sivan) agreed in the last telco to prepare an
(off-line) poster. Sivan wanted to check with OFE if this is possibly to
finished by May. Can you please give us an update on this Sivan?
5. We need to find further events, where we can present sth or publish an
article. Dear colleagues from FSFE, as our Dissemination experts, can you
please get back to me with suggestions? Thanks.
6. Multiplier Events: Please remember that you (all partners) need to plan
these events and fix the dates and invite people. You can use them in order
to conduct the training activities required for O2/A4.
7. Regarding the Dublin meeting, what is the status of the Dublin meeting
evaluation? Francesco can you update me?
8. TUD, can you please upload the Certificates of participation on Keybase
as PDFs?
9. "O3 Presentation - Dublin Jan 2019". Dear Sivan, can you please upload
in Keybase you presentation in editable form?
10. TUD, can you please send us your timesheets ( see Dublin minutes for
guidelines ) ?

Dear Jonas and Bjoern,
thank you for preparing version 2.0 of the deliverable on the assessment
methodology. I have now seen your files and prepared some feedback for you.
You can find my comments in the attached file and in the following points:
Can you please format the document you prepared so that it looks more like
the rest of the project papers? You can use the file “FOSS4SMES ECVET
CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES” as an example.
Can you please mention some more details concerning which partner will have
which extra country? We can discuss this in the next telco to give you more
input.
Do you want to mention something on the duration and location of the short
training activities to be organised by each partner? Do you think we should
leave it open to each partner to decide on his own?
Can you please format the assessment template you developed in a way that
we can use it both digitally and in print? I also wonder if its not better
to prepare the template with the help of an online FOSS tool that will
allow automatic summary of respondents results. Why do you prefer to
develop a custom script(s) for compiling an overview of responses from the
set of ODS files? Will it not be more time consuming for us to use? Maybe
we can discuss this in our next telco. If we have discussed this in Dublin,
sorry for not remembering what the opinions of each partner were.
Last but not least, I would like to discuss with you the presentation of
three different scenarios within section 5. Have I understood your text
correctly, that you recommend the project partners to promote the first
scenario to their local SMEs? Why should they then start the assessment
with the third scenario? Maybe we need to make this part more precise to
avoid confusion of readers.
I also use the opportunity to tell you that I am working together with
Brian to be able to prepare the self-diagnostic tool and other
questionnaires that will be inside the learning platform and will help us
asses the Learners Alignment to Learning Objectives. As soon as Brian has
them ready, ATL will develop them in the platform and we will be ready to
start with the O2/A4 activities. Before that, the training system is not
considered as complete from my point of view.
Furthermore, similarly I am working together with Francesco to be able to
prepare tools (surveys and a model for collection of case studies) that
will help us measure the impact of the entire training system to the
different target groups of this project. These tools must be used in
parallel with the assessment tools of SKUNI. Francesco informed me, that he
will be able to deliver these tools after the 21st of March. Lets discuss
in our telco how can we deal with the timeline.
I suggest that we discuss these and further points in our telco on the 12th
of March. After that it will be easier for you to update your files
accordingly.
I think that our discussion will allow us clarify all points in order
everyone is on the same page and understands the steps correctly.

you posted on any developments.

Dear Katerina, hi all,
I've just uploaded version 3 of Unit 5, so the revised one after the 2nd
review, to Keybase. It should now be ready to be implemented in the
learning platform.
You will also find a folder with images for each lesson and the
individual parts of each lesson. I chose this way to make it easy for
the colleagues who upload the content. Each picture should be named and
numbered intuitively. About the exact placement, we don't have a
preference and can still rearrange as soon as we see it online.

Thank you for sending and for uploading in Keybase the updated version
aimed for usage scenario 1 and 2 (O2-A1_Content Unit

Can you please indicate the difference between the two texts provided? It
is not clear to me what are the changes incorporated. In particular, I
could not identify the modifications, based on the remarks of the 2nd Peer
Review (by Sivan). Also, some parts have no images, so I kindly ask you to
add a few, as we need to provide a uniform result.
Which brings me to my main point. The unit you provided contains very
useful information, but it is too “academic”. Please consider the feedback
provided from Sivan in view of a more unified and consistent training
course. I would like to remind you that this is a VET level
project/training course and that the target audience is mainly EU SMEs with
little or no experience in FOSS, which we understand is not your usual
audience. From the coordinator’s point of view, we consider it is necessary
that you modify your contribution, as at the moment it stands out as an
outlier.
Thank you for sharing with us your deep knowledge in the field. As an EU
SME with little experience with FOSS ourselves, we have been learning a lot
throughout the course of the FOSS4SMEs project. I am looking forward to
your feedback.

Dear all,
As presented in Dublin, Sivan and I have finished the first round of
peer reviews. Attached and in Keybase [^1] you will find the results
with comments and in-text changes in the folders of OFE and FSFE.
Attached and in Keybase you will also find a document with recommended
style guidelines which summarise issues and inconsistencies we've found
in most documents. Please read and consider implementing them while
editing your learning units.
Please note that all peer-reviewed documents are in the ODT format.
Please consider using LibreOffice when editing the files to guarantee
best compatibility amongst all partners.
Timeline for the next steps related to O2/A1 looks like the following:
- 03.02.: all partners updated their units based on peer review and
guidelines
- 08.02.: 2nd round of peer review finished
- 19.02.: all partners implement feedback from 2nd peer review
- 01.03.: raw import of all units finished
