Hi everyone,

I've updated the "Description" field on:

  https://wiki.fsfe.org/Teams/Nordic/NFSA

I've also activated the nomination form:

  https://survey.fsfe.org/index.php/167339?newtest=Y

Do we need more text? :-)

(I tried adding some bits about what it takes to be eligible for the
award, but it felt too stuffy and not in the character of the award, which
is supposed to be fun and light :)
