Hallo,

ich habe mal bei Wikipedia nachgeschaut und steht ja auch extra etwas zur 
Lizenz, ich zitiere mal:

Des Weiteren hat Geogebra eine spezielle Lizenzierungs-Informationsseite 
angelegt, auf der sie sogar selbst „zugeben“, dass es in seiner Gänze nicht 
wirklich freie Software ist:
