Belgian royalty use free software for video conferencing

I mentioned during a previous get-together that I saw a picture of Queen 
Mathilde using Jitsi. Last week I saw King Filip doing the same. See 
attached articles from Het Belang Van Limburg. It's not clear if they 
set up their own instance and, if so, whether it's public. 
https://jitsi.monarchie.be/ does not work. :) If anyone has more 
information, please share.
