FOSDEM Belgian follow-up

Dear,

I have indeed launched and worked a lot on lepacte.be that has followed
candidats.be, a copy/adaptation in Belgium
of the French initiative candidats.fr.

Thiw was done maintly and mostly by Philippe Teuwen and myself. We have
setup the technical and done most of the actions. We have had some relay in
2009 to have candidates from the cdH party sign, but Philippe and myself
have contacted most other candidates ourselves. This was exhausting so.

We have therefore decided not to work on the campaign again if no other
people join strong enough. So far, even after my request for help on many
different lists and to different groups, I have not seen any help coming.

Being busy by work and seeing this lack of interest and preparation, I have
therefore decided NOT to work on a 4th campaign this year.

The campaings of 2009, 2010 and 2012 have costed us (Philippe and myself)
much to much energy and money (I have spent a personnal fortune on phone
calls to policians)

But I would be more than happy to see you stepping in, working on the
website to have it work again, and contacting the politicians or setting up
a full and better campaign.
