[Free-RTC] mentoring a click-to-dial (Python) project?

Hi everybody,

Elena[1], one of the girls who participated in the Prizren hackathon,
asked me about doing a click-to-dial project in Outreachy.  Would
anybody like to co-mentor?

The girls already started making a popup window for this.  It appears
when you click a "tel:" URI in a web page or an address book program
like GNOME Evolution.  It needs to be extended to analyse the number
with libphonenumber and send the number to phones, PBXes, apps or
address books.

She lives in Prishtina, Kosovo and has support from one previous
Outreachy intern and the hackerspace community but it would also be
really helpful to have a mentor with a SIP or RTC background.

If anybody would like to be a co-mentor on this please let us know.
