The box (vogler.debian.org) is run by DSA with input from the Debian RTC
team[1]

Once something is in jessie-backports, you can ping DSA on IRC or by
opening an RT ticket using the instructions on their wiki.  Sometimes
they update the packages from jessie-backports without anybody asking.

If any of the changes are potentially troublesome, I'd encourage you to
use an RT ticket and let DSA know about any issues or link to the
discussion on debian-rtc-admin[2]

We also have the debian-rtc list[3] where you can announce the changes
once they go live and get feedback from people using it.
