[Free-RTC] help with RADIUS package on Debian?

Would anybody have time to help update the radcli package to fix a
bug[1] on Debian?  It looks like it needs at least an hour's work to
update the script and then test it.

If anybody can propose alternative ways to resolve the bug that would
also be welcome, for example, should the radcli package simply take over
the config directory from the older FreeRADIUS-client?

This is used by various RTC packages include Asterisk, Kamailio and
reSIProcate
