[Free-RTC] Paris visit, events December 2016

I'll be visiting Paris for one or both of these events:

TADHack  (12 - 13 December)

Is anybody else in Paris interested in attending either event or aware
of any other local groups with an interest in free software and free
communications who may want to do some evening activity on 14 or 15
December perhaps?

Would anybody else know of organizations who may want to contribute
sponsorship funds to TADHack?  Sponsors can specify challenges for
participants, e.g. to produce some feature as an open source solution
that will be reusable.
