The only person who is making baseless `refutaions' is you.  You
quoted single paragraphs of some specific case, for all we know the
program might have been a GNU program, or maybe not.  It might have
been something else.  We don't know, you are the person who is truing
to pour jet fuel onto the fire, not me.
