Basically they explain the same thing as can be explained with the
four freedoms in a different way.
The OSI criteria which evolved from the Debian Free Software
Guidelines are therefore another description of the same thing.

Both DFSG and OSI focus more on when a license fits Free Software.
And then there are minor interpretation differences between
all these descriptions.

For me the way to explain Free Software over the four freedoms
is the best definition. Longer in existance, short and not too much
focused on the license.
