Debian has it's own definition of Free Software - the Debian Free
Software Guidelines (DFSG).  The GPL license is only one license, who
fits that defintion.

It's 'Debian GNU/Linux', 'Debian GNU/Hurd', 'Debian GNU/BSD'..
