I have forwarded the article personally to a couple of organisations
and people within than I know in Germany:

FSuB e.v.: (Translated: Free Software in Schools and Education.)

        	http://fsub.schule.de/fsub/fsub-index.htm

        Grass-Verein e.V.
                www.grass-verein.de

	 	GRASS Anwender-Vereinigung e.V. is a tax-exempt charity
to support GRASS users and Free GIS in general.

	Bionet e.V.
                http://www.bionet.schule.de/

BioNet is an official German 'Verein' (non profit
                association according to German law).

Since its foundation BioNet supports scientific and
environmental school projects. At first on a
national base, but later on also on a European scale.

We should also think about if
FFII and FSuB want or can become associate organisations of the FSFE
in Germany.
