The Microsoft Trial

There was a discussion recently on kuro5hin.org about the Microsoft
trial, and RMS's proposals for what a fitting rememdy would be (

As the authour has not responded to me, I figured I'd propogate his idea
to here like I said I would. Are there any plans for the FSF to carry
out this proposal?
