Hello,
Could you help us with a few things? (or forward this message to the right people)
1) Set up the Finnish press release. We're ready to put out our first PR, and it would be nice to use the pr-list as an archive of all pr:s.
2) Set up an mail forward so that finland@fsf-anything would go to finland@fsfeurope.org. I've seen and heard that people often by mistake use the addresses finland@fsfe.org, finland@fsfeurope.fi etc..
3) We're also setting up our first gathering. It is likely to be at the Helsinki University on the 9th of December. Could point me to the official FSFE presentation material or maybe send me some minor booth stuff that could be useful in a simple 20-min presentation of FSFE?

All PR's which are sent out by FSFE's teams should once go through our PR procedure. (That document is at the moment rewritten, so that it is shorter and clearer, but attached one version.) In a nutshell:
- You need an account on https://roundup.fsfeurope.org/pr/, I just created one for you. - Go to issues/create new - We have to add a category FI to needs auth.
Best wishes, Matthias
Hi Systemhackers,
I got that questions from Otto (Finnish team), can you please help him?

I've set up aliases for finland@fsfe.org and finland@fsfeurope.fi pointing to finland@fsfeurope.org

Thanks! I forgot to mention that we also have fsfe.fi

- FSFE leaflets are here: http://www.fsfe.org/about/printable/printable.en.html
- For Fellowship leaflets and posters, please check out the advocacy SVN at: http://wiki.fsfe.org/FellowshipHacks/Subversion (The leaflet setup is not yet perfect, in the long run I would like to have the same solution as on fsfe.org's leaflets.)
- Other merchandise etc. can be ordered over http://www.fsfe.org/order/order.en.html (co-ordinate with Rainer before, you do not have to pay before, but it helps our office if you order with that form).
In case you do not have a color printer I think it would also make sense that DUS sents you some preprinted paper.
http://wiki.fsfe.org/Booth and http://wiki.fsfe.org/BoothCountdown might also be helpful for you (they are also far from perfect, so please help to improve).
Best wishes, Matthias

I'll print some of these for tomorrows event.
http://wiki.fsfe.org/Booth and http://wiki.fsfe.org/BoothCountdown might also be helpful for you (they are also far from perfect, so please help to improve).
The Booth page mentions as todo "create eye catching slide show". Didn't FSFE already have some slide show? Or at least an template so that I don't need to design one? You told me you had "one for FSFE (not Fellowship) with latex beamer." on Nov 17th. Could you please mail it to me?

Just uploaded it to http://download.fsfe.org/tmp/ Unfortunetely it is in German only, as I used it at German events until now.
Best wishes, Matthias

Thanks, Matthias
