ich schreibe hier nur nur ein kurzes Update zum aktuellen Stand der Meinungsfreiheit in Österreich:
Das OLG hat entschieden, dass legale Aufklärungskampagnen mit bis zu 5 Jahren Haft als "Schwere Nötigung" bestraft werden müssen, wenn die betroffenen Unternehmen durch die Aufklärung Umsatzeinbusen erleiden könnten.
Dass auch der weiterhin brandgefährliche Mafiaparagraph 278a nach einer erneuten Blockade der ÖVP wieder nicht wie zugesagt repariert werden kann, ist hier nur eine Randbemerkung...

Ich hoffe Euch ist bewusst, dass diese Rechtsauffassung es erlaubt jedes zivilgesellschaftliche Engagement als Schwerstverbrechen zu kriminalisieren. Und in diesem Fall ist das OLG bereits die höchste Instanz. Es bleibt nur noch der Weg zum Europäischen Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte.
Zeigt, dass Ihr das nicht hinnehmen werdet und sorgt Durch Eure Teilnahme an der Selbstanzeige-Aktion dafür, dass demokratiefeindliche Kräfte in Österreich nicht still und heimlich ihren totalitären Repressionsapparat gegen beliebige Kritiker_innen in Stellung bringen können! Ich finde die OLG Dokumente *nicht* im RIS des BKA. Hast du einen Link?
