[WikiCaretakers] Help needed for creating the user info page

Hi wiki caretakers,

my wiki account is "dipohl"

I just subscribed to this list because I 
failed in creating/editing the page

https://wiki.fsfe.org/Supporters/dipohl

The page is already shown in the title index 

https://wiki.fsfe.org/TitleIndex

but when I click on the link it redirects to this URL

https://wiki.fsfe.org/action/show/Fellows/dipohl?action=show&redirect=Supporters%2Fdipohl

which there shows the message

"This Page does not exist
You can use one of these templates to set up a new page"

And when I try to setup a new page I get redirected to

https://wiki.fsfe.org/action/edit/Fellows/dipohl?action=edit

and the message there:

"You are not allowed to edit this page."

Can you help?
