[WikiCaretakers] german team not listed on /teams

Dear sys-hackers,

the German country team:

	https://wiki.fsfe.org/Teams/Germany

is not getting listed on:

	https://wiki.fsfe.org/LocalGroups

although it has the tag:

	[[Category/CountryTeam]]

Any idea how to fix this?
