Hi all,

Thanks to Max for his time.
Max Mehl and myself agreed to update wiki.fsfe.org (host scheele) to
Debian 9.

The update will start on Friday 19th of April, 2019 11 o'clock.

Background:
The current system certbot installation is to old to get a new
certificate from let's encrypt servers. New versions of Debian have an
up to date certbot package available. To keep maintenance as simple as
possible we will proceed with the update and install certbot from
Debian package repository. This will align the system configuration
with git.fsfe.org where the system certbot is in place.
