Yes, this is the correct way to do it, and the page looks good to me. All the members should 
now be able to access the internal page.

I've checked that all members are written correctly and are known to the wiki, and that the 
acl line on the internal page is correct.

P.S.: The CARE team is still missing a team page. The easiest solution would be to rename 
KnowHow/FSFELife/CodeOfConduct/CARE to Teams/CARETeam…
