[WikiCaretakers] last details on the community meeting 2017

Dear all,

we are excited to prepare the last details of our community meeting 2017. You
can find the overall agenda in the wiki [1] as well as an overview of the
so-far proposed self-organised sessions [2].

Some last minutes point to note:

If you are already here on Friday you are invited from 17:00 on to come to the
FSFE office [3], and come together before we move on to a restaurant nearby
and a drink or two.
Please announce your coming so we can book the reservation accordingly.

Saturday we start the day at 9:30 and Sunday on 10:00. Saturday evening we are
going to c-base for socialising.

You have to pay your visits in the restaurants (Friday evening, Saturday and
Sunday for lunch) and your drinks in the night. All the other catering is
covered, also thanks to Endocode.

If you didn't mention you are coming so far but now you would like to, you are
still welcome to join us.
