I think the easiest way is if everyone who is working with the wiki should
receive an email, explain the problem and explain how to add forwards. Then,
we simply have to fix this step by step over time, every time we find a broken
link.

For example I was just reading the news-entry for the Fellowship-elections
2015: https://fsfe.org/news/2015/news-20150316-01.en.html
which links to the now dead-link:
	https://wiki.fsfe.org/FellowshipElection_2015
which forwards to here:
	https://wiki.fsfe.org/Migrated/FellowshipElection_2015

can you please explain me, how can I integrate forwards into the wiki? I would
like to do so, so I can link it to the "real" page instead.

I mean, now I changed the link from the news-item into
	https://wiki.fsfe.org/Activities/Election/FellowshipElection_2015
but for sure there are more pages who link to the now dead-linking election page.
