[WikiCaretakers] Stress testing

Hi everyone

at the summit we touched briefly upon the thought of stresstesting the
wiki under load to see if we can handle a bombardment of traffic, and
possibly check wth Debian, since they run the same software to see what
their experience is with regards to performance.

I don't really know how to do this, so I'm dropping it here in case
someone would like to pick it up :)
