[Milano] Premio di 3000 € per saggio sul diritto d'autore europeo

Sarebbe una buona idea, ma un po' stiracchiata. Il terzo punto riguarda
la gestione collettiva, il che significa SIAE e dintorni, e "diritti"
significa "€$£".

Uno può provare a fare una provocazione, ma temo rimarrebbe quello.
