[Fsfe-nordic] Rebooting FSFE's Nordic activities

Seems to me that either having a separate channel or agreeing on a time
would be best for IRC discussions, or everything is kept to the mailing
list.
I'd also like to discuss the organisation of the group, who needs to
update the wiki and with what, what are the things about the NFSA that
need doing, etc.
