I've been using Virgin for a good while (since it was UPC) and the
service has been very reliable.  It's billed as 100Mbps I think and
speedtest.net gave me 86 just now, on a wired Ethernet desktop.  I
don't try to run servers or do anything fancy, though, so I'm afraid I
can't comment on how they'd be for that.  Good luck!
