Unfortunately, the current draft talks about "open source", not freedom, and
uses the harmful term "intellectual property".
Good news is that the first part of their patent policy is "No patents on
software". (see draft constitution.)
The international Pirate Party movement have a policy problem which,
unfortunately, harms free software:

Their philosphy is good, so there's every reason to believe they'll fix this
in due time, but people like us will have to keep raising it. Richard
Stallman has already raised it numerous times with them to no avail.
