MS have done a good job of spinning their PR:

It's worth reading the first few paragraphs of that PR to see what MS thinks
the future of the process will be - so we have to make sure it doesn't
happen like that.

We have to make sure that countries understand the objections they submitted
so that they will not be fooled when MS tries to trick them into thinking
they've been addressed.
