[Fsfe-ie] GPLv3 - what should/could we plan?

How about having a GPLv3 page on ifso.ie with links and info.
If there are signs of interest, perhaps have a briefing/Q&A session
later in the year (what's the timeframe for the consultation).
Support your other suggstions.
