Hi,

Minor corrections:
  + Should it read " The proposed text of the Directive does *not*
    enjoy a qualified..."?
  + I may be wrong here, but has not the Dutch parliament instructed
    its government to withdraw support? Is that not different from the
government doing so?

On a 'looking forward' point: If this passes, could it be challenged in a
European court on the grounds of the first point you make regarding notice
of inclusion of the item on the agenda?
