Dear friends and interested parties,

The time is coming around once more for IFSO to hold an AGM. Before
formally announcing the date I would like to get a feel for which
dates would make it easiest for people to attend. 

The IFSO meetings in January and February are set for the 17th and
21st respectively, and one possibility is to hold the AGM in the
evenings of those days. Another possibility would be to hold it on a
nearby weekend.

What I am mostly interested in right now are dates which would make it
*impossible* for you to attend the AGM. I would appreciate your
response before the end of this week if at all possible, to assist us
in planning in a timely way.
