[Fsfe-ie] IFSO letter-head possibilities

Hi,

I have put up at

   http://www.redfrontdoor.org/IFSO-letter/suggestions.html

some ideas for letterheads, based on Cathal McGinley's original
LaTeX class.  I haven't printed them out to see what they look
like on paper, but thought I'd send them round for comments now.

Somebody mentioned that they liked "Promoting and Defending..."
better than "To Promote and Defend..." so I've given that a try.
