[Fsfe-ie] patent letter to be sent thursday night

One thing I see is this sentence:

The point in parenthesis is important of itself, and need not be hidden away
by brackets. How about...

"Software development has no constraints. In other fields, patents add to
the constraints of development. However, in software, the new constraints
would require a radical change in the development process."

...?
