If someone's looking for a task, this is a tough but short one:

You'd basically have to get an Irish politician to answer a survey on the
proposed prosal of a "broadcast treaty".  This will require reading some
background about the treaty (links are provided on the above document), and
finding the correct politician to ask.

If this treaty goes ahead, it will be followed by a new wave of technology
control laws.  Trusted/Treacherous Computing would be one way to enforce
these new restrictions.

There's no long term commitment required.  Would anyone give it a go?
