[Fsfe-ie] Cross-posting on mailing lists

Is there any possibility of preventing cross-posting to
the fsfe-ie list?

Things posted on fsfe-ie should be fsfe-ie specific. Sending
to multiple addresses is basically spamming, regardless of the
quality of content. E.g. some spammers may actually have good
investment advise that they want to share, but it's still
spam.

Alternatively, can we establish a policy? Someone suggested
a monthly e-mail reminding the list of certain things (e.g.
that the archive is public).
