[Fsfe-ie] Dutch supreme court rules in favour of Kazaa

The Supreme Court in the Netherlands is the most senior court in Europe to rule on P2P networks to date. The court found in favour of the producers of Kazaa software. It did not rule on the actions of the users of the software.
