Vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Mir geht es ja gerade darum, dass
nicht in der Freizeit entwickelt wird, aber dass FS Lizenzierung
explizit erlaubt ist (ähnlich wie [1]).
Vor kurzem stieß ich noch auf die Meldung, dass die NASA ihren
Vertrags-Entwicklern das erlaubt:
