Das macht man aber, wenn man die Software einem
Cloud-Computing-Provider zur Ausführung gibt -- oder, wie Tivo und
diverse Internet-Provider, dem Kunden. Die GPL Version 3 gestattet
dies ausdrücklich. Bei Version 2 war das unklar und im Fall Tivo
äußerst verpönt.
