Das ist ein interessanter Punkt, über den ich schon mal nachgedacht habe. Ich habe da ein anderes Beispiel:

Das CMS QuickCMS.Lite ist unter CC-BY lizensiert, laut http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html
eine freie Lizenz.

Nun sagt der Hersteller, "OpenSolution" auf http://opensolution.org/license,en,88.html :

"This means that you are free to use, modify, copy, distribute and transmit the work but you must include on 
all pages generated by our scripts visible link to site http://opensolution.org/ looks like 
powered by Quick.Cart or powered by Quick.Cms (depends which script you use)."

Macht die Verpflichtung diesen Link "powered by Qucik.Cms" einzufügen bzw. beizubehalten die Software nicht 
auch schon unfrei?

Zumal OpenSolution "anbietet":

"There is possiblity to remove link powered by Quick.Cart or powered by Quick.Cms but it is not free.
Removal of the link costs 56 EUR at one specific domain. If You are interested, please go to our shopping cart"
