Von Khronos wurden übrigens drei Header-Files (glext.h, glxext.h und wglext.h) unter eine 
neue Lizenz gestellt:

AFAIK ist dies die X11-License (aka "MIT License"). Leider ist dies noch lange 
nicht alles was relizensiert werden müsste.
