LGPL-Code in GPL-Code konvertieren

Hi!

In dem vor Kurzem genannten Text

habe ich eine interessante Passage entdeckt:

Nun erlaubt die GNU LGPL aber, von ihr abgedeckten Code unter die
GNU GPL zu stellen <http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/lesser.html>:

Demzufolge müsste bzw. sollte jedes Programm und jede Bibliothek, die
unter der GNU LGPL verbreitet werden, auch eine Kopie der GNU GPL
enthalten, oder?
