To add to the comments by André, let me already offer some concrete
pointers:

There is a Dutch ISOC chapter which might help you find such
organizations: https://isoc.nl/
An educode.nl initative was started in 2018, but it doesn't seem active
https://www.educode.nl/
Since 2017 the https://futurenl.org/ organization offers education for
students (primary and secondary school) and primary school teachers.
This seems to be most related.
There are Coder Dojo's www.coderdojobelgium.be/
http://www.coderdojo.nl/ , which seem to be outside of the formal
education system. In their conferences the coaches get educated, which
might come close to what you are going for.
https://hackintheclass.nl/ which facilitates hacking and programming
workshops.
https://saferinternetcentre.nl/ for educating childeren about internet.
https://www.mediawijzer.net/ for educating children about media.

I have no real contacts with these organizations, I just know of their
existance. I hope this will contribute to your effort, despite the
upcoming deadline.

Hope to see you Saturday!

Best,
Nico Rikken
