We could indeed have a meeting in Brussels sometime this month. I am
all for it. But we should probably set up a working agenda beforehand.
I'm looking forward to reading Maël's action plan.

As Maël also noted, April initiative is for now clearly directed at
European elections. Of course, it's general enough to be taken as is
for local elections. However, what I also liked about lepacte.be is a
reference to open data (disclaimer: I'm a statistician) where Belgium
itself is still lagging quite far behind. Unfortunately, it's not
referenced in April... :(

What's also nice with lepacte.be, especially for Belgian-only
elections, is ability to sign with eID. Maybe Nicolas or Philippe have
some statistics from previous years on the general success rate, eID
vs. e-mailing scanned signature, e-mail vs phone preference and so on,
so that eventually mistakes aren't repeated.

In any case, the hard part will be to run a coordinated campaign,
April or not - it's a minor detail.
I am nonetheless excited to see some enthusiasm for all this.
