Hi Maurice, thanks for sharing that useful information.
I sent an email to the FOSDEM coordinators asking for a room there.
I think having a room at ULB will be better because most of the fellows 
knows exactly how to go there and probably everybody already booked a 
place close to ULB.
If they say it is not possible to book a room through FOSDEM 
coordinators, I will try through some teacher or director from ULB (as 
Nicolas pointed out). If that fails we can still try HSBXL (we all love 
hackerspaces) or Muntpunt.
I hope I have any feedback before Friday.
