to be honest: I have more or less no idea about the advantages of the
different rooms. But, yes, might make sense to have a room @ ULB, as people
are already looking for accommodations that are close to the ULB. So for me
it's fine ask ULB first and look further if they cannot offer us a room.

Would you be able to take care of it?
