Organising the Libre Software Meetings (RMLL) in Brussels, July 6-11

Hello, dear fellows,

I do not know if you have seen the ads at FOSDEM but this year, the
Libre Software Meetings (Rencontres mondiales du logiciel libre) will
take place in Brussel this summer (July 6-11).

The RMLL is one of the biggest free software community event. It used to
be organised once a year by a different local team in France's cities.
Two years ago, RMLL nearly went abroad (in Strasbourg) and last year
RMLL was in Geneva. This summer, RMLL will be held in Brussels.

This means that the organisation is in needs of local hands :) 

Right now, an association is being founded. But there are not enough
volunteers. Especially, more people need to deal with accommodation of
participants. Experience in sound system and audiovideo recording is
also very much welcome.
