New article about the GOUD tender

Hi,

There is a new article from Brenno de Winter about the Goud tender
on webwereld.

The title of the article is:
	The goverment sees GOUD as start to open standards.

This article tells that there are some preperations to support
none microsoft clients with citrix and xen so that they are
able to run the needed microsoft applications.
There is also a remark that there was a requirement to prove
that you are able to install Open Office on the desktop.
